Gelled Strawberry Applesauce
1 6-ounce package strawberry Jell-O
1 package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
2 cups applesauce
1 ½ cups boiling water
Oil the mold. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add strawberries and applesauce. Mix well. Pour into mold and chill till firm. Unmold and serve on pretty plate. Garnish with mint leaves and fresh strawberries.
