INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 ounces Champlain Orchards Honeycrisp Hard Cider

  • 1.5 ounces Gin

  • 0.5 ounce Lemon Juice

  • 0.25 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 1 Egg White

  • Ground Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Into a cocktail shaker add in your gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice then vigorously shake for 30 seconds letting the egg white froth up. 

  2. In a coupe add your Hard Apple Cider to the glass. Then strain your cocktail from the shaker on top of it. It will create a foam on top. 

  3. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of it and serve.
