  • 1 oz. Champlain Orchards apple cider

  • ¾ oz. Champagne

  • ¼ oz. Allspice dram

  • Apple slices, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ingredients to a Champagne flute.

  2. Top with Champagne.

  3. Garnish with apple slices.
