INGREDIENTS

  • 1 white sugar cube

  • 3 cherries (we like using a mix of our sweet cherries)

  • 8 lime segments

  • 3/4 ounces simple syrup

  • 2 ounces Cachaca

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a small shaking tin.

  2. Muddle, add cracked ice, shake and transfer into a chilled rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with a cherry or a wedge of lime.
