- 2 tbsp. fresh pomegranate pips
- 1 small sprig of Rosemary
- 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
- 3 oz. Farmstead Hard Cider
- Garnish: Pomegranate pips and rosemary
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pomegranate seeds, spring of rosemary, sugar and 1 oz. of hard cider.
- Strain into a glass and top with remaining 2 oz. of hard cider.
- Garnish with rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
